Client Support Customer Service Representative – Financial Services

Fidelity Investments seeks a Client Support Associate to deliver exceptional service to retail and workplace investing clients. In this role, you will respond to inquiries via phone and digital channels, resolve account and transaction issues, and educate clients on Fidelity’s investment, retirement, and brokerage products. You will use our technology platforms to process requests accurately, escalate complex situations, and partner with advisors and specialists. Respond to client inquiries via phone, chat, and email regarding accounts, transactions, and products Research and resolve account issues, ensuring accurate and timely processing Educate clients on Fidelity’s investment, retirement, and brokerage offerings Use internal technology platforms and CRM systems to document interactions Follow regulatory, privacy, and security policies in all client interactions Collaborate with advisors, operations, and specialists to resolve complex cases Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and improve satisfaction Participate in ongoing training, licensing, and skill development Customer service Call center support or client-facing support Investment and brokerage basics Retirement products knowledge (401k, IRA) Account servicing and transaction processing Financial systems/CRM platforms KYC and basic compliance awareness Written and verbal communication Problem solving and de-escalation Time management and multitasking Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k FINRA Series 7 (or willingness to obtain) FINRA Series 63/66 (or willingness to obtain) State insurance licenses (preferred)
