Senior Manager, Wildfire Risk

Key Responsibilities: Advise electric utility clients on wildfire risk mitigation strategies and program development Support wildfire risk assessments, mitigation planning, and operational readiness initiatives Provide subject matter expertise on utility wildfire regulations, industry best practices, and emerging technologies Lead client engagements and manage cross-functional project teams Develop and maintain relationships with utility executives and key industry stakeholders Contribute to business development efforts, proposal development, and practice growth initiatives Preferred Background 10+ years of experience in wildfire mitigation, utility operations, emergency management, vegetation management, resilience, or related field. Experience working with electric utilities, consulting firms, government agencies, or wildfire-focused organizations. Strong understanding of utility wildfire risk management programs and regulatory frameworks Proven ability to lead client-facing engagements and influence senior stakeholders. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
