HALL Arts Hotel is seeking a Director of Restaurants to lead our dining programs and drive excellence across multiple outlets. You will partner with the Executive Chef and culinary team to ensure superb service, menu execution, and brand standards. The ideal candidate has strong restaurant leadership, coaching skills, and a track record of delivering memorable guest experiences in luxury hospitality, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
