Director, Client Success Operations — Lead PBM Teams

LucyRx Health Solutions, Inc. in Wisconsin seeks a Director, Client Success Operations to lead planning, execution, and day-to-day account management for PBM client teams, ensuring satisfaction across Health Systems, Employer Groups, Public Entities, Labor/Union, and Small Market segments. You will mentor Account Managers, shape SOPs, collaborate with cross-functional partners, manage escalations, onboarding, and long-term client strategies, reporting to the SVP, Client Success.
