Senior Securities & Capital Markets Associate

ArentFox Schiff LLP is seeking a mid to senior-level Corporate and Securities associate to join the 4th through 7th year class in any of our office locations. The ideal candidate has significant experience advising companies on capital market transactions including IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, bond issuances, and securitizations. Strong academic record and excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills are required.
