The Opportunity: We are seeking aManaging Directorwho is both aproducer and a builder —someone with a strong track record in financial services and proven experience recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing teams. This role is designed for leaders who want tobuild their own practice while scaling an organizationwithin a supportive, growth-oriented environment. What You’ll DoBuild and lead your own teamof Financial Professionals Actively recruit, train, and develop new advisors (minimum8 hires per year ) Drive performance through coaching, mentorship, and accountability Maintain personal production acrosslife insurance and annuity business Deliver holistic financial strategies to clients using a consultative approach Partner with internal specialists and external professionals (CPAs, attorneys, etc.) Create a culture of growth, professionalism, and client-first service

Requirements: What We’re Looking ForProvenleadership and recruiting experiencein financial services Strongproduction background(life insurance and/or annuities required) Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire tobuild and scale a business Ability to attract, develop, and retain talent High level of professionalism, drive, and accountability Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Role Expectations This is a leadership-focused position intended for individuals committed tobuilding and managing a team.
