HVAC & Building Maintenance Technician – Hospitality

This role is pivotal in ensuring the operational efficiency, safety, and comfort of hotel facilities. The Watch Engineer will oversee the daily operations of the hotel's engineering needs, maintain critical building systems, and respond promptly to engineering service calls. Regularly inspect and maintain heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems. Monitor the performance of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment within the hotel. Respond to service issues or emergencies requiring engineering expertise. Ensure compliance with all safety and building code regulations. Document all routine maintenance and repair activities. Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operation of hotel services. Conduct preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and repair costs. Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
