We are seeking an experienced Earthwork Foreman to lead field operations on challenging and high-profile construction projects throughout South Florida. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing crews, subcontractors, equipment, schedules, safety, and quality from initial earthwork through final project completion. Earthwork GradingUnderground utilitiesMOT operations PavingStructural and roadway support work Monitor field productivity and proactively address jobsite challenges and delays Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Inspectors, and subcontractors to maintain smooth project execution Lead subcontractor coordination meetings focused on scheduling, safety, quality, and production Review plans, specifications, schedules, and contracts to ensure accurate field execution Oversee equipment utilization and ensure proper handling of company assets Maintain accurate daily reports, labor tracking, and production documentation Identify and communicate field issues including: Utility conflicts Soil conditions Material shortages Equipment breakdowns Schedule impacts Safety or environmental concerns Ensure all work is executed in accordance with company standards, OSHA requirements, DOT specifications, and contract documents
