Job Description
What You'll Do: Lead production employees and temporary workers through coaching, accountability, and clear communication Drive safety, quality, productivity, food safety, and operational performance Oversee canning, kegging, and variety pack production activities Monitor production metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce downtime Coordinate staffing, production priorities, shift handoffs, and reporting Troubleshoot equipment and operational issues in real time Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain production flow Support training, development, and continuous improvement initiatives
What Success Looks Like: Reduced downtime and production interruptions Improved line performance and efficiency Strong employee accountability and engagement Effective shift communication and handoffs Positive safety and quality results Continuous improvement of production processes
Requirements
What We're Looking For: 3-5+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, food and beverage, CPG, or other regulated manufacturing environments Previous supervisory, team lead, or leadership experience Strong floor presence and the ability to lead by example Confident decision-making in a fast-paced production environment Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage safety, quality, staffing, productivity, and operational priorities simultaneously
Preferred Experience: Food and beverage manufacturing Packaging operations Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement environments
