In This Role, You Will: Lead engineering and maintenance teams focused on safety, reliability, and operational excellence Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase uptime, reduce waste, and improve efficiency Spearhead capital projects, equipment upgrades, and modernization efforts Partner with executive leadership to influence strategic decisions and future investments Build systems, processes, and teams that create long-term business value
