Deal Desk Director - AI-Driven Commercial Negotiations

Bamboo Health is seeking a Deal Desk Director to own how every order form and commercial term is structured, from templates to customer-paper deals. You will implement AI tooling to automate routine drafting while handling risk, negotiation, and process design for complex deals. This builder’s role moves the deal desk to a scalable operating model with clear intake, templates, approvals, and reporting. You’ll decide what to automate, where human review is needed, and how to improve with volume.
