Key Responsibilities: As a Physical Therapist at Activate Rehabilitation Center, your daily responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive consultations with patients to assess their physical conditions, medical histories, and specific symptoms. Diagnosing movement dysfunctions through detailed evaluations and developing personalized treatment plans that utilize therapeutic modalities and exercises. Educating patients on the correct execution of therapeutic exercises to enhance recovery and prevent further injury. Utilizing techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, and therapeutic exercise to foster healing in patients. Assisting patients with mobility aids like wheelchairs and walkers, ensuring safety and independence during rehabilitation. Maintaining detailed patient records to document progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving patient needs. Providing guidance to patients and their families on in-home treatment options and strategies to enhance recovery. Patient Population / Client FocusOur patient population encompasses children and adults facing a variety of challenges, including post-surgery recovery, sports-related injuries, age-related mobility issues, and chronic pain conditions. The diverse backgrounds and needs of our clients require our Physical Therapists to be adaptable and skilled in providing customized interventions supported by the latest clinical guidelines.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Valid State License in Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with New Jersey regulations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems for timely documentation and record-keeping. A high degree of flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Experience: While a minimum of one year of relevant experience is preferred, we welcome new graduates who are eager to learn and grow within our supportive mentorship program. Familiarity with outpatient therapy practices and rehabilitation modalities will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
