About the role
Full-time ministry role responsible for leading FMC’s modern worship ministry, reporting to the Lead Pastor.
Lead and plan weekly modern worship, Daybreak, Night of Worship, and Student Life services.
Lead, schedule, train, recruit, and disciple worship musicians and vocalists.
Coordinate music, rehearsals, stage/production, and Creative Services.
Manage the modern worship budget, equipment, licensing, and related resources.
Collaborate with pastors, staff, and the Traditional Worship Director.
Support other FMC campuses and ministries as needed.
Ideal candidate:
Experienced worship leader/instrumentalist with strong musical, leadership, organizational, theological, and technology skills; preferably 2+ years of church staff/worship leadership experience.
Compensation: $60,000-70,000/year, full-time (40+ hours/week including Sundays).
