About the role

Overseeing training curriculum and instructional development, the full-time remote Curriculum Design Specialist will create consistent design practices, assess training needs, and develop learning programs across various audiences.
Key responsibilities: Design and produce learning materials in multiple formats to support diverse communication and learning needs Project manage instructional design projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals Evaluate training methodologies and delivery technologies, documenting findings and leading improvement efforts
Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience 4+ years of instructional design and curriculum planning experience Two years of facilitation experience in classroom or virtual settings Experience with instructional software such as Captivate and Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and training development best practices
