Grant-Funded Finance & Records Specialist (Dual Enrollment)

Southwest Tennessee Community College is seeking a Part-Time Finance and Records Specialist to support administrative, financial, records, and compliance functions of the Dual Enrollment program. This grant-funded role will verify and certify student records, process TSAC grants, and handle billing and reconciliation. The position collaborates with Dual Enrollment staff to ensure accurate records, timely funding processing, and adherence to TSAC and institutional requirements.
