Chief Development Officer: Education Fundraising Leader

The Washington School for Girls in Washington, DC seeks a Chief Development Officer to lead fundraising across annual operations, a capital campaign, and special projects. You will build and manage a donor portfolio, supervise a team of 4+ staff and consultants, and partner with the President and Board to advance the school's mission. This role is based on campus with current operations virtual as needed, and will engage families, foundations, and corporate partners to secure sustained support.
