Night Process Operator - Troubleshooting & Setups

Swagelok Ravenna, Ohio is seeking an Independent Process Operator for a 24/7 night shift to perform complex changeovers and troubleshoot non-routine issues. You will ensure safe, efficient production while following standard work instructions and maintaining product quality. Responsibilities include identifying defects, solving root causes, coordinating with engineering and quality teams, and maintaining equipment reliability. Willingness to work at other Swagelok sites may be required.
