Material Handler / Production Operator

Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM3rd Shift: Monday Night-Friday Night | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Pay: 1st Shift: $15.00/hour2nd Shift: $16.00/hour3rd Shift: $17.00/hour

Responsibilities: Operate forklifts and clamp trucks to move materials throughout the facility. Supply production lines with the materials needed to keep operations running. Stage rolls and finished products at production machines. Assist machine operators with roll changes, screen changes, sheet breaks, and changeovers. Band, label, and package finished products according to work orders. Enter production and scrap weights into the computer accurately. Verify skid tags, labels, and product information before shipment. Empty scrap containers and dispose of waste properly. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by sweeping aisles, stacking pallets, and removing trash. Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed. Help lift and move materials safely when required.

Qualifications: No previous manufacturing, warehouse, or forklift experience required. Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment. Basic computer skills for data entry. Ability to safely operate forklifts and clamp trucks after training. Able to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
