Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Key Responsibilities: Manage all on-site construction activities from project start to completion. Lead subcontractors, coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and municipal agencies. Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project. Ensure jobsite safety, quality control, and successful project delivery.

Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of commercial superintendent experience. Strong relationships with local city inspectors and subcontractors required. Proficiency in Procore, PlanGrid, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Knowledge of Cal-OSHA safety requirements. Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
