The role starts as a co-host at $20 per hour, with opportunities to earn commission and grow into a full-time host position. Successful hosts in this industry can earn approximately $110,000–$200,000 per year through salary and performance-based commission. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on performance, consistency, and sales ability.
