CNC MILL MASTERCAM PROGRAMMER/SETUP/OPERATOR

Job Description Job Description: Use Mastercam to create a program with setup sheets from a print or model. Run the first part to be inspected to print. Run the job. Asist in the quotation process. Work with management and quality.

Schedule: 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday Overtime when needed

General Accountabilities: Program Mastercam Set up mill - choose correct tooling; set work coordinates; run first article part Must be able to work with Inconel, Hastelloy, Titanium, Stainless Steel, Steel, Aluminum, and Plastic. Maintain machine to keep in proper operational condition Work with engineering, supervisory, or manufacturing personnel to recommend modifications for improved efficiency or adaptability Enter data into ERP system Must work additional hours, if needed, to meet customer delivery schedules The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

Experience: At least 5 years' programing and machining experience To be able to choose the correct tooling for the material to be machined Skills Complex Problem Solving Critical Thinking Judgment and decision making Mathematics Task oriented and attention to details Time management Principals only.
