About the role
We’re Hiring: Senior ServiceNow Discovery Developer / Support Engineer
Locations: Birmingham, AL, Knoxville, TN, Columbia SC, Lafayette, LA
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow professional with strong hands-on expertise in Discovery, CMDB, and cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities & Skills: 5+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience. Strong expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, MID Servers, Discovery Patterns, Sensors, and Probes. Hands-on experience with IRE, CMDB relationships, and CMDB health. AWS cloud discovery experience; Azure and GCP exposure is a plus. Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and production support skills. Working knowledge of Python scripting, integrations, and GitHub. Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or ServiceNow AI tools. ServiceNow Discovery certification is mandatory.
