At Allegiance Trucks, we're not just moving forward - we're driving the future of trucking. Job Responsibilities for Service Advisor: Managing and overseeing the shop's workflow and schedule. Calling customers to advise them about service changes or delivery times. Coordinating with service team about parts ordering and ensuring parts are available when needed. Preparing repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services require Checking on progress of repairs throughout the day. Handling telephone inquiries regarding inbound work and work in process. Reviewing repair orders to ensure that work is completed.
