What We're Looking For: You may be a great fit if you: Have a passion for helping others and making a positive impact Are compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Thrive in a collaborative team environment Hold a current Vermont Nursing Assistant License Haveone year or more of LNA experience Candidates with less than one year of experience will be considered for an LNA I position and corresponding pay range.
Preferred qualifications: Previous home health, hospice, or facility-based care experience Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively teach and support clients and families Excellent observation and reporting abilities Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in emergency situations Ready to Take the Next Step?
