Schedule: Full-time 32-36 hours per week | 2nd shift 2pm - 10:15pm | Varies Monday - Friday | Every Other Weekend | No scheduling mandationShift Premiums: Weekend (Fri 11:00 pm - Sun 10:59 pm) $ 0.50

Pay rate: $21.97 - $24.10 (This rate includes an additional $3.40 per hour. The Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through program is approved through September 30, 2026; however, this additional pay will continue through September 30, 2027.)
