Refractory Laborer

Responsibilities: Assist our refractory crew to provide general labor during customer projects. Be flexible to company needs and work locations. Maintain a safe working environment for you and your coworkers. Identify possible safety hazards and report them to supervisors. Perform work that meets or exceeds the time allotted for job by supervisor. Maintain a positive attitude and positive relationship with co-workers and customers. Qualified Candidates Must Possess Education must be a high school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to and from company/shop location.

Physical Demands: 25% travel to be expected (in and out of state)Ability to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to work in extreme high/low temperatures and a physically demanding environment. Frequently required to stand for long periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
