Cleveland, OH 44106 Open Date Sep 03, 2026 Description Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine Department of Biochemistry Graduate IT Assistant Provide general hardware and software support; troubleshoot pc/printer problems and software programs. Set up new pcs and printers downloading needed software/drivers. Assist with audio visual equipment set ups, operation, and maintenance. Assist department in keeping new monitor running; update as necessary. Assist with departmental web site development and maintenance. Assist with Unix operating systems. Familiarity with both Windows and Apple operating systems would be a plus. Prepare backups for pcs, and other duties as assigned. Hourly rate for this position is $15. 10 hours a week.
