Responsibilities of RNs (Registered Nurses):Administer prescribed medications, immunizations, and injections accurately.
Monitor vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and weight
Provide basic wound care, including cleaning and bandaging injured areas
Record and maintain accurate medical records in our computer system.
