Senior OSP Engineering Manager – Fiber Network Leadership

IQ Fiber is seeking a Manager, Outside Plant Engineering to lead the planning, design, and execution of OSP construction and maintenance for our fiber network in Savannah, GA. This role requires deep technical knowledge of fiber construction, splicing, network architecture, and OSP documentation. You will manage cross-functional teams and contractors, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, oversee budgets and scheduling, and support a 24/7/365 operation with after-hours availability.
