Business Transformation Manager

What You'll Do: Collaborate with senior leaders to drive key strategic initiatives across the organization. Lead cross-functional projects focused on business transformation, operational improvement, growth strategy, and organizational effectiveness. Develop business cases, implementation roadmaps, and executive-level presentations to support decision-making. Facilitate stakeholder alignment and guide teams through change management and adoption efforts. Identify risks, dependencies, and obstacles, while creating practical solutions to keep initiatives moving forward. Track success through measurable business outcomes and ensure long-term sustainability of implemented changes. Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by bringing structured problem solving and strategic thinking to complex business challenges.

What We're Looking For: 5+ years of project management, strategy, transformation, or consulting experience. Background within financial services, wealth management, banking, or a related industry preferred. Experience at a leading management consulting firm is highly valued. Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills. Demonstrated success turning strategy into execution and delivering measurable results. Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
