Assembler - 1st and 2nd Shifts

Location: Fountain, CO Pay Range: $17.00 – $23.00 / hour Shift Opportunities 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM In this position you will be utilizing a variety of hand tools for trimming, routing, drilling, riveting, bonding and welding of thermoplastic parts to satisfy blueprint customer and traveler requirements to produce detail parts or assemblies.

Essential Duties: Requires the setup and operation of some minor equipment to satisfy the requirement when no tooling is furnished and the use of some inspection tools Work cooperatively and efficiently with others Ability to use a variety of adhesives, rivets, nut plates, fasteners, nomex, foam, etc Apply Part Seal Coating: measure and mis; apply; cure; inspect Bond Parts: Mix adhesive; apply adhesive; correct usage of bonding fixtures; cure; repair Responsibilities Follow safety rules and regulations Maintain production and operate necessary equipment Learn plastic weld skills and become certified in plastic welding Record production data Clean work areas Regular quality inspections Perform other duties as assigned by management Requirements: High school degree or equivalent A stable and steady work history with at least one year of work experience Ability to stand or walk extensively
