About the role
⚡Senior Staff Software Engineer💡 Healthcare AI🌎 Remote, US💸 $275k - $350k + equity Join a fast-growing startup that is leading the way in Clinical Intelligence, with a suite of AI tools that are supercharging clinicians. They're looking for a Senior Staff Engineer to act as a Tech Lead, working closely with the CTO & CEO, leading new product development from the front.
Responsibilities:
Work hands-on across the full stack Work closely with executive leadership to set the product roadmap Develop HIPPA compliant AI/agentic workflows Lead & mentor other Engineers
Requirements:
- 8+ years Full-Stack experience
- Software polyglot, comfortable across the entire stack 2+ years' experience with LLMs or Agentic AI required
- Startup experience strongly preferred
- HealthTech experience strongly preferred
