Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Manage intake, prioritization, and tracking of reporting requests, enhancements, and bug fixes Partner with the CFO and Accounting team to gather and document business requirements Maintain and prioritize the reporting and analytics backlog Create user stories, requirements documents, process flows, and acceptance criteria Coordinate project activities, timelines, and communications across stakeholders and vendors Facilitate UAT, defect tracking, and business sign-off Provide regular status updates and ensure timely resolution of issues and risks Identify opportunities to improve finance and accounting processes

Qualifications: 5+ years of Business Analyst experience Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, Reporting, or Analytics teams Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills Project coordination or project management experience Experience managing backlogs, tickets, and UAT activities Basic SQL skills for data validation and investigation Familiarity with Power BI and ERP systems (Business Central preferred)Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
