Empowering Community Direct Support Professional

In Good Company Care and Supports provides home- and community-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout New Jersey. We are seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals for full-time and part-time roles in homes and communities statewide. Responsibilities include hands-on support, daily living assistance, documentation, and coordination with families and care teams. Training is provided, and background checks are required for all staff.
