Medical Communications Manager | $80/hr Remote

Role Responsibilities: Author and review evaluation tasks based on medical education modules and scientific slide decks. Evaluate AI-generated medical communications for scientific accuracy and audience-appropriate framing. Assess tone, messaging, and clarity in educational assets to ensure accurate communication of scientific concepts. Trace claims and statements back to scientific literature and clinical summaries for source fidelity. Provide structured feedback to improve model performance. Collaborate to establish benchmarks and evaluation frameworks for MedComms content.

Requirements: Have strong relevant experience in Medical Communications, Medical Education, or Medical Affairs. Experience creating diverse MedComms deliverables, including scientific slide decks and digital content. Understanding of medical affairs strategy and regulatory constraints for HCP and patient communications. Ability to review content holistically, ensuring data integrity and audience engagement. Exceptional written communication skills with experience in providing structured critique. Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or medicine or equivalent professional industry experience.
