Member Experience Coach

Radiant Credit Union in Florida is seeking a proactive Member Experience Advisor (MEA). This role will spend time with members face-to-face and over the phone, delivering high-quality service while educating on products and services to improve members' financial wellbeing. You’ll engage proactively, support both member and business relationships, and work with leadership to identify issues and expand opportunities.
