Junior Project Architect

We're working with an established, award-winning architecture and design firm looking to add a Mid-Level Architect to its Miami team. This is a great opportunity for an architect with strong technical skills who is ready to take greater ownership of projects from early design through Construction Documents and Construction Administration. You'll work alongside Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams on large, complex projects while continuing to develop your technical and project leadership experience. Develop projects from Schematic Design through Design Development and Construction Documents Create presentation materials, models, and renderings Work extensively in Revit, along with AutoCAD and SketchUpCoordinate with consultants and internal/external project teams Work closely with QA/QC teams to ensure technical accuracy and completeness Investigate project requirements and develop appropriate design solutions Assist Project Managers across multiple aspects of project delivery Help keep projects aligned with established schedules, budgets, and program requirements 5+ years of architecture and/or related construction experience~ Professional Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture~ Ability to work independently while collaborating within a larger project team~ Experience developing projects through multiple phases of design and documentation~ Experience with Revit preferred The Miami team is part of a larger national practice with projects across the country and opportunities to work on substantial, complex work.4-day workweek – four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday~ Generous PTO and paid holidays~ Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance~Flexible spending options~ Employee Assistance Program~ Flexible work environment~ Apply or reach out directly for a confidential conversation about the opportunity.
