Welder

Location: McCook Hours: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM (1st shift)

Pay: $18-$20 per hour, based on experience

Preferred Skills: Experience with TIG, pipe welding, horizontal, and vertical techniques Welding to ASME Section 9 standard Knowledge of open root schedule 40 pipe welding Familiarity with MIG welding is advantageous Proficiency in selecting equipment, planning layouts, assembling, and welding Understanding of geometry, metal properties, weld shrinkage, and welding techniques Capability to lift and move 20-50 lbs. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment Working effectively from drawings, templates, and specifications Verifying quality and quantity of piping products accurately Aligning, positioning, and fitting components together

Qualifications: Professional welding training (preferred)High school diploma (minimum requirement)Basic reading and writing skills High motivation and strong attention to detail
