Property Manager – Tax Credit Downtown Denver Know tax-credit housing? Know how to run a property? We should talk. We're recruiting an experienced Property Manager for a community in Downtown Denver, and we're looking for someone who can step in with confidence. Property Manager – Tax Credit, What We're Really Looking For: Someone who can walk into a busy property, understand what's happening, establish priorities, and keep things moving. Have hands-on tax-credit/LIHTC experience Know certifications, recertifications, and compliance requirements Can confidently lead onsite operations and staff Understand budgets, expenses, collections, and property performance Know how to handle resident issues professionally and fairly Stay organized and follow through—even when the day doesn't go according to plan Take ownership rather than waiting to be told what needs to happen Experience with Yardi, affordable housing programs.
What You'll be doing: Lead day-to-day operations of the community and onsite team Manage tax-credit/LIHTC compliance, including certifications and recertifications Maintain accurate resident files and ensure compliance deadlines are met Oversee leasing, occupancy, rent collections, and delinquencies Review property expenses, budgets, and financial performance Coordinate inspections, move-ins, move-outs, and unit turns Work closely with maintenance to address property needs and maintain community standards Handle resident concerns professionally and support positive resident relations Ensure Fair Housing and applicable affordable housing requirements are followed Communicate with regional leadership, vendors, residents, and other partners as needed Compensation and benefits are established by our client and may be subject to change.
