Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities include: ·Create new jobs in the accounting system·Prepare and send accounts receivable invoicing·Assist with accounts receivable collections·Update the weekly “sales wins” tracking report·Process incoming ACH and check payments·Serve as a backup to accounts payable·Provide overall accounting support as needed What would make you a great fit:·An associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting (or equivalent experience)·Minimum two-years accounts receivable or general accounting experience·Construction accounting experience is ideal·Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills·Experience with Sage 100 Contractor, or similar accounting systems·Highly organized with strong attention to detail·Ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment The successful candidate will receive a competitive compensation package, 401k, comprehensive medical/ dental/ vision plan, and paid time off.
