Key Holder Position Key Holders support store leadership in managing the day-to-day operations of the store by supporting key leadership activities defined below. Key holders may dedicate up to 30% of their time to leadership tasks, which can involve activities from overseeing store opening and closing procedures to delegating tasks and ensuring a positive consumer experience within the store. Key activities that key holders support: Assigned store keys, store alarm code, and safe code Complete store opening and closing activities Ring up an employee transaction Weekly Inventory Reconciliation Process & RFID adjustments Spend up to 30% of their time performing leader duties.
