Non-Clinical - Information Technology - Analyst

Location: Remote

Duration: Initial 6-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension up to 2 years

Position Overview: We are seeking experienced Hospital Billing (HB) and HB Claims Analysts to support a large-scale Epic initiative. These resources will primarily focus on production support, ticket resolution, system maintenance, and keeping the lights on while also assisting with upcoming migration efforts. This is not a build or implementation role. The team is looking for analysts who excel in supporting existing Epic HB applications and ensuring operational stability during system transitions.
