Client Services Associate

FL Position Overview: The Family Office Client Service Associate serves as a primary point of contact for families and their trusted advisors, providing personalized service and coordinating financial and administrative needs. This role requires strong relationship management, attention to detail, and proactive follow-through.

Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain relationships with families and their trusted advisors.• Anticipate client needs and manage service requests through completion.• Prepare client meeting materials, document meeting notes, and track action items.• Coordinate with attorneys, CPAs, trustees, insurance professionals, and bankers.• Support entity and trust administration and maintain organized documentation.• Facilitate requests involving cash, investments, real estate, and charitable giving.• Support account openings, transfers, maintenance, and ownership updates.• Assist with money movement, distributions, capital calls, and liquidity needs.• Collect documentation for tax, audit, estate planning, and reporting purposes.• Prepare consolidated net worth reports and maintain accurate client records.• Support onboarding, including paperwork, account setup, and record reconciliation.

Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in client service, operations, family office, or wealth management.• Experience supporting high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth families preferred.• Strong organizational and project management skills.• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.• High attention to detail and consistent follow-through.• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.• Comfort working with client service and reporting systems.
