Orthopaedic Clinical Director & Clinician Coach

Barbour Orthopaedics & Spine seeks an experienced orthopaedic clinician to serve as Clinical Director at our Chamblee clinic. This is a clinical leadership role focused on elevating an advanced practice provider team and ensuring high-quality orthopaedic care according to The Barbour Way. You will lead, teach, and coach clinicians, develop PAs and NPs, promote standardized care pathways, and improve patient flow and outcomes across the clinic.
