Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

Akerman LLP is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal (5+ years) with strong title, survey, and closings experience supporting homebuilders and developers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives managing high-volume transactions and taking ownership of deals from contract through closing.

Hands-on closings experience for developers/homebuilders strongly preferred Strong knowledge of title/survey review and contract administration Experience managing multiple transactions independently Proficient in MS Office and iManage or similar systems Details This position can be based in any of our U.S. offices; however, candidates must have substantive paralegal experience supporting Florida commercial real estate transactions.
