These practitioners strive to unlock and maximize value for our clients while leveraging experiences in shaping, delivering, monitoring, and recovering complex programs. Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems. Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems. Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Client. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance. Decisions often impact the team in which they reside. Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Client. Basic Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of experience in program and project management Minimum 7 years in technology project delivery and execution Minimum 3 years of working on Agile projects Minimum 5 years of functional and Business Process design Minimum of Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications: Prior consulting experience preferred Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Experience in the Resources industry verticals - oil, gas, solar, energy, utilities, mining, chemicals, natural resources Team lead experience Multi-site delivery experience Business & value case creation or management Governance, operation, or engagement model definition
