Municipal Finance Director: Budget & Strategy

The Town of Matthews seeks a Finance Director of Budget and Financial Strategy to lead the Finance Department as the town's CFO and executive team member. You will guide budget development, financial strategy, and policy considerations, reporting to the Town Manager and presenting to Town Commissioners. You will oversee centralized accounting, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, grant administration, procurement, and financial reporting for a $47.6 million operating budget.
