Job Description:
We are seeking a licensed vocational allergy nurse (LVN) to become a part of our team! We are a two physician allergy and immunology practice in West Los Angeles. You will perform routine patient care and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.
ResponsibilitiesHandle patient care duties in a timely manner
Perform routine clinical tasks including allergy skin testing, allergy shots, IM injections, venipuncture pulmonary function testing and allergy shot/antigen mixing
Communicate with insurance companies for medication prior authorizations.
Supervise our allergy shot practice
Answer patient phone concerns
Qualifications:
Previous experience in allergy and immunology or other related fields
Strong organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
