Director, Institutional Giving & Grants Strategy

Dream. Org seeks a Director of Institutional Giving to own and grow our institutional funding engine. Reporting to the VP of Growth & Partnerships, you will manage proposal strategy, funder stewardship, reporting compliance, and development operations with substantial independence in a hybrid, Bay Area or DC-based role. You will lead high-volume grant writing and reporting, ensure deadlines, and sharpen our pipeline with Salesforce, Asana, and cross-team collaboration.
