Cedars-Sinai Medical Network seeks a board-eligible or board-certified Internal Medicine Physician to provide primary care in Santa Monica, with coordinated access to the health system’s specialty care services. Provide primary care to patients in an internal medicine practice. Assess patients’ health concerns and medical needs. Develop and manage patient care plans. Coordinate care with specialty physicians across the network. Support continuity of care for patients.
